Description: An
assessment tool for clinicians to determine the self-care ability of
persons with disabilities, eg spinal, neurological, orthopaedic. In
addition, it is a valuable tool for treatment planning and monitoring.
Results of assessments can be exported to Excel and HTML
in seconds for viewing and print, and to databases such as SQL Server,
Access and Oracle.

each assessment point has guidance support. The guidance notes for the
Locomotion menu page are shown below.
