Description: Construction 'WorkSafe Check' with a practical Safe, Unsafe, Not Applicable recording system. Designed to be conducted on a daily basis on large construction sites, with results conveniently stored in Excel, HTML, Access, SQL Server, Oracle and other databases. It would be expected that most problems be rectified immediately, and certainly not be evident on the next check.
